These Terms of Service apply to the TruckersNexus website, telemetry client, linked account features, and related public TruckersNexus services. By accessing or using TruckersNexus, you agree to these terms.
What TruckersNexus Does
TruckersNexus provides a live Euro Truck Simulator 2 map experience, telemetry-linked account features, route and job tools, convoy features, community-facing pages, and related website services. Some features require Steam sign-in or the optional TruckersNexus telemetry client.
Supported Scope
TruckersNexus currently focuses on ETS2 base game plus official DLC map content. ATS and modded ETS2 map combinations are not supported on the public website at this time unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific feature.
Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for linking the correct Steam, Twitch, Patreon, or other supported accounts to your TruckersNexus profile.
- You must not use TruckersNexus to abuse, harass, mislead, scrape, attack, or disrupt the service or other users.
- You must not attempt to bypass restrictions, tamper with telemetry, impersonate another user, or interfere with site APIs, mapping tools, or update systems.
- If you use the telemetry client, you are responsible for installing it and any required ETS2 plugin components correctly on your own system.
Availability and Accuracy
TruckersNexus aims to provide useful and accurate live information, but the service is offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Live telemetry, route context, city matching, job information, supporter syncing, and other features may be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable.
Third-Party Services
TruckersNexus relies on third-party services and platforms, including Steam, Twitch, Patreon, hosting providers, and the ETS2 telemetry environment. TruckersNexus is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or failures caused by third-party platforms.
Intellectual Property and Attribution
TruckersNexus branding, project-specific code, and original site content belong to TruckersNexus unless otherwise credited. Third-party libraries, frameworks, and map tooling remain the property of their respective authors and licensors, and are credited separately where appropriate.
Changes and Suspension
TruckersNexus may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the website, telemetry client, or related services at any time. Continued use after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TruckersNexus and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or related to use of the website, telemetry client, or related TruckersNexus services.
